IFxN, as Integrative Functional Nutrition, is pleased to inform you that we accept various contracted insurances for your visit. Our list includes:

American Specialty Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield
University of Utah Health Plans: Healthy Preferred, Healthy Premier, and Healthy U.

We strive to ensure that your insurance needs are met, allowing you to focus on your health and well-being.

IFxN will provide Super Bills upon request for those one insurance plans that we do not currently contract with. This will enable you to receive reimbursement from your insurance carrier for your Medical Nutrition Therapy
